I was in Stockholm for a week and saw interesting things in the Maritime Museum ( I could write it as Sjöhistoriska Museet but that gives rise to the problem of trying to pronounce the first of those words).
It’s free by the way and does a good buffet lunch (not free).
No, not just chairs and table with the sun shining.
A ship’s telegraph, made in Liverpool. If you’re Swedish, there’s nothing funny about this. Much childish amusement must have been caused to its Liverpudlian makers though.

I’m amazed they got the job done in between all the laughter.
Did you visit the Vasa Museet as well?

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Even at 28, a good fart joke is still funny.

Yes, but not this time. I was there a couple of years ago.
This time I went to the Moderna Museet and the Sjöhistoriska - they’re both free, which is not a common thing in Stockholm.

Rare indeed. Stockholm is a great city to visit, and probably to live in as well, but it can get expensive real fast, especially if you like alcohol.

Expensive to live in too. They’ve got a housing price bubble going on with new construction going on at a frantic place. Tower cranes everywhere and this is only a few of them. It’s the same in towns within commuting distance.
